I called Customer Service and explained we had ordered years ago and would like the same design but a lighter weight t-shirt. The gentleman I spoke too was so efficient, friendly, found our previous order right away and was able to direct me to the type of shirt we may need. We love the shirts both color and light weight.

Despite a 30-min convo with the customer service agent in which I underscored repeatedly that I wanted someone to do a professional rendering of my very rough sketch concept, all they did was redraw mine with cleaner lines. He also advised me to buy a slightly costlier shirt because it would shrink less, but these are the smallest shirts I've ever seen. They won't fit any of us. Won't be using Custom Ink ever again.
