delivery was a problem. twice notified UPS unable to deliver - which was not true. Someone was home all day everyday for the delivery. Finally found the shirts at the Post Office. UPS dumped them off there and never told me till the post office notified me of the package.

Our experience with Custom Ink was overall very good. The website design center was easy to navigate and tweak and re-tweak until we were satisfied. The printing and delivery time we good and the product we received was as expected. The quality of the shirts is good, although the women's t-shirts are a little lighter than I would like. If we ever do something like this again, Custom Ink will be where we begin.
