The experience was exceptional. I designed my project from scratch on custom ink's website. The price and received-by-date was automatically generated. No extra surprise charges. Received regular emails with updates, and my awesome golf towels for our charity golf tournament arrived ahead of schedule. Completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

It was a long process but at the end of the day I'm happy with the final product which is what is most important. I really like how the actual product matches the proof almost exactly. I would not use the design services again but maybe that is because the design tools customink provides are good enough to create your own unique design that meets your specific needs and a designer can not really pull out what you have inside your head.
