My past experiences with custom ink have been good except for my last order and it was based on a copy right concern. I asked to remove the words of concern and print. The person I spoke to said ok and days later I received an email that my order was on hold. I called back and they said the order was on hold because it was still to much like the logo that could not be copied. This made no since because I was using custom inks art work. They refused to print and of course I missed my deadline. Their products & customer service has always been good in the past but they failed on this order and one ladies I spoke with hung up on me. I gave them another shot on another order, but I'm not sure if I will use them again.
