Soon after i placed my order, I was contacted by a customer service rep, Kelly, who let me know that the T-shirt I ordered was not available in small. She both called and emailed. We agreed to wait a few days to see if the shirts were restocked, and in the meantime, she reimbursed me for the rush shipping and gave me a credit. We ended up having to replace the size smalls with mediums, but I appreciated the immediate communication and updates. Thanks so much for making this a good experience!
