I really enjoyed talking with Shaneil Weaver when making my idea a reality. She was very knowledgeable about the quality and types of shirts and understood exactly what I was looking for so could quickly direct me to the product. She was pleasant and fun and made your company look good. I actually wasn't sure I was going to place an order...but after to talking with Shaneil I was so excited about it I decided to go for it. Everything else went smoothly. I received the email to approve in a timely fashion and also the final product arrived shortly after. Excellent job all the way around.

I used the group order form for the first time. Overall it was a good experience. It was super convenient to be able to collect payments that way! Placing the actual order was complicated because I ordered men's and women's shirts so it had to be done as 2 separate group orders and then combined into one. It wasn't too much trouble on my end, but I know it was logistically difficult on your end. It also affected the item pricing, which didn't matter in my case because I ordered extras and covered the cost of that myself. But if we didn't get the extras it would have been very messy. As always, customer service was excellent. I look forward to seeing how the group order process evolves and hope to use it again.
