Customer service called and said they weren't happy with the font and needed to do again and then asked what time I needed them if they had to overnight for delivery a day later. I told them I needed them in the am. Our event was at 10. I got super nervous, figured they weren't going to get it done. Well, lo and behold, they boogied and I got the hats the day I had asked for.

The design tools on the website were simple to use and the hats turned out just as they appeared when ordered. Once the order was placed, I was contacted immediately confirming my order and expected ship date. I was then contacted again in a day or two with a proof to review and my order was received well ahead of the projected date. The quality of the hats and embroidery were just as I had hoped for.
