For a fundraiser, we ordered 15 hoodies. Everything was easy especially with being able to have each individual pay for their own. Great product, exceptional customer service and outstanding company.

Lots of different hoodies to choose from - probably too many. WIsh they just offered good, better, and best options. Website was easy to use and design with my own graphics. A little hard to get a sense of scale - 2 inch logo looks tiny on screen but good in real life.

The sweatshirts are great quality and beautiful to look at - but I knocked off a few points because they seem to run pretty small. I'm usually an XL and it's pretty tight on me. Several of my recipients expressed similar concerns and a few have requested larger sizes.

CustomInk customer service was great. Always helpful and friendly. We seemed to be waiting indefinitely on approval to use the school name but I was able to expedite that by forwarding an email stating we had permission. Perhaps something like that could have been requested at the outset so as not to have to wait like we did. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you so much!

Solid from start to finish and post sale. Great website and UX (yes, I am a website design dude). Great user interface, easy to upload artwork.. good mobile experience Follow through from customer service reps was spot on and helped get order done and processed. good packaging and smart "surprise and delight" marketing moments like the T-shirt hanger tags and the graphics on the delivery box and such. You are delivering on the brand promise and created a great Customer Experience Management system. I come in contact with a lot of this as the owner of a digital agency (builds large scale systems and runs them).
