Working with the personal on the phone is very helpful and helped make the process shorter. I was using the same graphics from last year but wanted to add on different items to my order for this year and needed help thru that step. Shipment arrived a day earlier than planned so that was also a bonus.

The Customer Service was phenomenal and the communication with the consumer during the production process was great. All the personnel was very friendly and the finished product achieved was relatively similar to the image I had in mind. The color displays were somewhat deceptive but other than that it was a great experience!
