CustomInk has been great. We love the design and ordering tools, and talking to customer reps (to order different types of shirts with same design, in adult and child sizes) was great. My plea is to have a way to organize designs under your account - such as a folder for each project of different potential designs (we have ordered several times and keep using different emails to try to separate out the projects). Also to make it easier to use the same design on different shirts in the design tool and ordering, for doing unisex & ladies or child & adult shirt, e.g. But your great staff worked that all out for us.

I have had custom shirt made by other companies before and had very poor service, communication and even mistakes. Working with CustomInk was the complete opposite!! The artwork was exactly what I requested, delivered 5 days early and even notified me as soon as the package was on my doorstep. Customer service and high quality work are clearly a priority. My design had four colors, which made things more challenging, but the customer service I received was amazing. I was ordering for several other people though, and I wish they were able to be a more active part of the process, which might have been the case if we were able to do more of the ordering independently online.
