My entire experience with CustomInk was outstanding. I gave them an idea and they basically created custom artwork for me to create a screen-printed shirt that I priced other places that would've charged me several hundred dollars to just create the artwork! I called in to the office several times and everyone was very helpful to make sure I was completely happy before the artwork was done. What I really like about working with CustomInk is that when you call in you speak to a person who seems happy to do their job and excited to complete the project!

I was so impressed with your team of customer service representatives. I placed several orders, so went back and forth with a few different people, all who were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I joked about an idea for a t-shirt in the midst of my event planning, and one of the representatives created an idea of a shirt and sent the link of her creation, going along the lines of my "joke." I thought it was great - I bought it. I was pleased with the quality of the products too.

Very pleased that customer service rep was able to help me meet my 6 maximum requirement by using two kids sizes with the 4 adult sizes. I only needed 4 adults and 2 kids but the adult size stated that I had to order 6. Through the chat session online she was able to get me exactly what I needed without having to buy more than I needed. I am very excited about the shirts. Thank you. The sweatshirts came out exactly how we wanted them. What was most impressive was the shipping process. The date I was guaranteed to have them by was Monday December 8. However on Thursday December 4 I was notified that my order shipped. Upon tracking the order only a couple hours after the shipping confirmation was received, I saw that it was already out for delivery!
