Customer service was great! They were very helpful and communicated very well any issues that might come through with my designs and were able to help me accordingly.

I opened the box and was sad see that 2 cubs had graphic damage, upon counting the cups, I noticed that CustomInk already provided an extra 2 cups to replace them. It would have been nice to receive an email about what happened, but nonetheless I am very appreciative of CustomInk taking the time to replace the cups without me having to go through customer service.

I wasn't thrilled when I got the message "your logo has color overload" it was just two colors, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the travel mugs. They are great moral gifts for our team! :)

Whenever I need a gift for volunteers, shirts for groups or teams, or tokens of appreciation (in bulk) Custom Ink is there. They always have a variety of styles, prices, colors, and options from which I can choose. The website designer is easy to use, and the turn around time including shipping is always quick. I love Custom Ink!
