This is the second time my organization has ordered from custom ink and the customer service and pricing is excellent. The material of the polo shirts orderedwas thin, which was not a problem since we wanted a summer weight shirt. Everyone was happy with the color, screenprinting, and overall quality. The problem is with the sizing. The shirts run very small, by at least a full size. Several people are not able to wear theirs because of the sizing, but since it was a custom screen-print the shirts are not returnable. The size chart did not seem to reflect the actual size of the shirt.
