I have worked with CustomInk a lot already through our business and with our church t-shirts. You guys are amazing. I don't think there is a representative I ever talked with that was not nice and very helpful

I ordered a onesie for my baby boy to support my coaching business and I could not be happier. Quick easy ordering and fast turn around. Fabric was soft and comfortable!

Kristen helped with our order over the phone. She was GREAT! We got 21 shirts from sizes 6 months- 3X. She did an AWESOME job matching the shirt colors. She didn't make me feel like I was being rushed. Great experience! I will definitely order from Custom Ink again.

There are some opportunities to improve the t-shirt building user experience, but overall, it's easy enough to add custom graphics and choose products to order. Customer service reps are very responsive and helpful. The shirts were printed quickly and delivered on time.

I'm really surprised at how easy it was to design the product to my liking. I was able to have everything completed online in less than 30 minutes.

Your company is a great talent pool. Your products are good, you do everything in a timely professional manner. You reply with an email after every transaction to confirm the service. With that said, my absolute favorite thing about your company is that real live people come on the phone and they're fun and helpful and so creative.

Customer service was amazing!!! Gracie d was so helpful. I was so frustrated trying to combing different sizes/shirts into my order online and I'm glad I decided to call because Gracie was so sweet and fixed me right up!!

I can't begin to say how impressed I was with the customer service provided by CustomInk. Every time I called with any question or change or clarification regarding my order I was taken care of courteously and efficiently by whoever answered the phone. I talked to at least a half-dozen "ambassadors" and each one treated me as if I was the only customer on the planet. Whoever is responsible for training these people is probably severely underpaid. What a credit to your organization and your brand!! Well done everybody!!!!

This is the fourth year that we have ordered tee shirts for our family fishing derby. Every year we are more than satisfied with the product and your customer service.
