So I ordered a print on the pocket of a top scrub, I received a call and an e-mail (don't really recall exactly which one was first) but the point is that I felt taken care of because the printing wasn't possible where I wanted it and they contacted me to help me find a solution. On the phone it felt like talking to my BF, the service was amazing and so it was through e-mail. In a near future (when my business grows) I won't hesitate to come back and purchase with them.

All of CustomInk's representatives were very professional and attentive to my design. However, I was notified to send in an approval for the use of my school's name a week before the guaranteed delivery. Good thing I know a lot of people, or else our scrubs would not have arrived in time. Please be more diligent in the future and reach out to your customers sooner rather than at the last minute for approvals. This caused me a lot of stress. At the end, CustomInk did honor their guaranteed delivery date.
