My overall experience has been AWESOME with CustomInk! Ordering and paying was super easy and straight forward, the shirts all arrived within the week like promised as well! Unfortunately there were two medium shirts missing from my order and I emailed the customer service email with my issue. They were back to me within 24 hours and told me they had already inputted the two extra shirts into their system to send to me, and they gave me a $25 voucher code to use on future orders! I am thoroughly impressed with CustomInk's customer service! I will definitely be ordering from CustomInk again, you all have 5 stars in my book! Thank you again!

Great! Everyone was super helpful when I had questions and provided me with many options when my design would be changed, I was really happy with the result, I just wish the shirts weren't so big! I wasn't expecting that, but hopefully they will shrink.

Using CustomInk was great. I ordered the shirts as a Halloween Costume for my team at work. I loved that I was able to design a shirt by choosing from hundreds of different art designs and word templates. It was really fun to see the different ways the shirts could turn out. Once I ordered, I received regular emails from the CustomerInk service team reassuring me that they were available if I had questions and that the order was on schedule. (Shout out to Allyson A. and Vanessa H.) When the shirts arrived, my coworkers loved them. We are actually hiding the shirts so other coworkers can't steal our costume idea. At first we (Kappa Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.) had a little problem about the design of our shirt. Brian Lee, our customer service agent who was assigned to our order, worked with me and handled our order after we had to change the design. He was very friendly, patient, and very understanding during our dilemma. Despite all the trouble on our end, we were able to agree on a design and purchase our Homecoming shirts.
