I had an outstanding experience ordering through CustomInk. I was on a tight deadline and needed a rush order, and their website made the process incredibly easy. I loved that you can filter products specifically available for rush delivery—it took the guesswork out of choosing items that would arrive on time. What really impressed me was the level of customer care. The design team actually called me to go over a few details in my print design that wouldn’t have worked as submitted. Their proactive approach ensured the artwork came out perfectly and helped prevent any delays with production or delivery. I've ordered three products from Custom Ink. The quarter zip, embroidered sweatshirts turned out fantastic. We also ordered long sleeve t-shirts that ran extremely large and now fleece jackets that run extremely small, and appear to have cheap quality printing. Custom Ink did not offer to assist with my concern from the last order and now I'm unsatisfied for the second time.

I've always had an overall great experience with their products and customer service. They are quick to send proofs and make revisions, if necessary. The products and turnaround time are consistently good. The one challenge I've had is on product minimums, since I work at a smaller company the products can get pretty limited since I can't meet the 100+ units.
