These website designer app is very nice - the main reason I went with Custom Ink. I ordered 150 pens (minimum order), but only received 146. A little bummed by that - kind of feel "jipped" - I'd recommend that you make it 151 or 152 - make the customer feel like they not a 'deal' A customer would day "cool" instead of "dang, they were off"

Overall, the koozie's I ordered were amazing. There were a few where the screen-printing either didn't stick or came off in shipping, but it was only one letter on 2-3 of the 250 koozies I ordered so no big deal.

The attentive support team was very helpful when I placed the order; it arrived on time and lived up to expectations. My only suggestion is that the shirts could have been folded and packed in separate bags by size—they arrived in a bit of a jumble inside the box.
