Why is it that in order to receive the discounts I should be getting I still have to call every time? Meaning, if I am reordering shouldn’t it just auto apply? Same with artwork. If I design a logo and get it printed on a size run from youth to adult sizes shouldn’t it either give me the option to resize the logo or automatically do it but instead I get charged. Stop charging me for silly little things!
