Customer service was great. After I submitted an order I changed my mind on the design. I did the chat right online and Custom Ink let me change my order at no cost for the first design.

The logo looked good but the writing on the word "and" was partially missing so it almost doesn't look like the word "and". So just not the best printing quality which makes me think when we need to order more for our business we may try somewhere else. Thank you though!
