Printing a design with lots of white and bright colors does not always work out on dark shirts with all printers- but Custom Ink always takes the time to separate the colors and translate complex art into teeshirts that last, even heavy wear with kids shirts that we’ve been getting for a while.

Customer service advanced order despite knowing I was not happy with color choices and was going to call Monday for help troubleshooting. No proof was sent to approve. Spent over 400 and many went into trash. White print on black t-shirts looked grey. Terrible experience, quality, customer service. Seems like a different company entirely, from past experience.
