I had an excellent experience with Custom Ink. I called customer service and Kevin assisted me. We were on the phone for over an hour figuring out my design and eventually ordering. Every time I have sent an email to Custom Ink I have received a reply quickly. Customer service is extremely important to me.

It's good, but sometimes the interface is a bit glitchy which leads to errors. However, the customer service is pretty good so you can work it out.

really appreciate the fast shipping and help with the logo design. I had some issues with the formatting of the logo, and y'all helped figure that out very quickly and well before our event date.
