I always have GREAT customer service at Custom Ink. My order is always correct, the prices are very competitive and the quality is what I desire and expect. The reps truly care about getting me exactly what I want. I usually order T-shirts, but this was my first foray into a new product, and I had numerous questions. The ordering process was great as well as customer service. However, in the preview my logo looked much more visible. I know it’s black letters on a gray shirt but in the actual product that came you can barely see the logo.
