I had such a great experience with Custom Ink. As soon as I placed my order a customer service rep reached out and asked if I had any questions or if I needed my shirts promptly for an event and then ensured that my order was delivered in time and addressed all my concerns. I was really impressed with how they went above and beyond for me, especially since I placed my order over Labor Day weekend and it was processed before the holiday was over. Was frustrated when creating the jersey due to the site crashing and resetting my design. Also had an issue because the schools logo is similar to a big school so they rejected my design in spite of me sending pictures showing it is the high schools logo. I’m looking to order another jersey, but the mockup doesn’t show the actual jersey.
