appreciated the careful follow-up about my design. I could tell that it worried the staff, and they responded accordingly. very happy with how it turned out, having to tell them multiple times that I wanted the design as-is was evidence that they are careful with their work.

Overall experience was phenomenal! I'm just kicking myself because the QR code design I used looked good on the digital proofs, but once I received the final order, it didn't scan. The problem is Black QR codes don't create enough contrast on any darker colored clothing. I normally use the same QR code with another company, but the difference is the other company only used one color, and that color was white by default. Now I know, to always use a White colored QR code with any colored clothing.

Awesome experience start to finish. Love the website design feature, customer service was responsive and helpful with getting approval, and the finished product looked exactly as we expected it to. Turnaround and delivery was also fast!!

I wasn’t too sure what to expect since this was my first time ordering to print a shirt. Most websites ask to choose a printing style, but custom ink made it so easy! I definitely LOVE the way my design came out! It’s inexpensive for the amount of colors my design has! I will definitely recommend CUSTOM INK!
