we worked with CustomInk for the first time, and expedited our order. 1) We did not receive a proof when it was put into production and the wrong shirt was created. Luckily we caught it in advance. 2) We did a group order and at least 4 people never received their shirts, one of them being the VP and the extras, that were supposed to go to our corporate office, never arrived. 3) We purposefully ordered extras so we would have some in case this happened and they never arrived. This was our first and likely last experience with CustomInk.

I ordered a small and a youth small for my daughter. The small is snug. The Youth Small barely fits my 7-year old. at $40 a shirt, and one that barely fits, it was a big spend for little use. She's a regular kids 6-8 in regular stores.
