I have gone through CustomInk many times and have had an overall good experience. I've ordered hundreds of t-shirts/tanks and now backpacks. Only a few minor problems here and there but customer service has been great to resolve these issues. The customizing process is one of the best I've used.

Ordering.receiving our sweatshirts was so easy and the quality is wonderful. T The girls really like their new "team wear." The day after the s' shirts arrived, I went online to order some team backpacks as well. But ... I was VERY disappointed to find out that we need to order a minimum of 50 backpacks. Ordered backpacks for the children that will be attending my sons wedding. Found the website to be terrific with ideas, designs and the ability to see what they would look like before ordering. I called because I had a few questions and the customer service representative was so helpful. She made sure order process was started immediately so that I would have on time. Would recommend CustomInk highly!!!!

It would be nice if you could get smaller orders of things like coolers and backpacks and stuff, even if you had to pay a little more for them, as I realize it would take longer. My son would have liked matching accessories to go with his shirt.

Our first experience with Customink were family vacation/ mom's 75th birthday - t-shirts. Nobody knew they were coming, except us.......we were very happy with quality, punctuality, service....t-shirts were a HUGE hit (still worn by various family members at various times, and that was three years ago)... we ordered hats the next year from a local company, small town, trying to help local economy...bad move....quality was ok ( just ok), but timing was terrible. They didn't show up until vacation almost over.....came back to customink, found the backpacks....perfect!! Ordering was simple, backpacks are already here, and waiting for summer beach vacation. The "plan" is to give each family member (ages 12- 77) a "customink" backpack with a water gun in it for the family "water gun" fight !!!!! The only problem is we have set precedence.....1st year - custom t-shirts, 2nd year - custom hats, 3rd year - custom backpacks, 4th year - ?????? Thank you !!!

Love the website and shipping included. You guys need more products. I am looking to order sunglasses and backpacks - you guys don't sell either one. need more choices on drinkware as well. Also looking for more choices on jackets.
