This is our third purchase of a custom item from Custom Ink. The customer service reps are quick to respond to questions and are very easy to work with. They are very accommodating. Due to the detail in our graphics, a patch was screen printed and then glued to a baseball style hat. The screen printing came out beautiful and the patches are fully adhered to the hats. We could order a minimum quantity of 30 which worked out well for us. Other companies had a minimum quantity of 144. We will definitely be doing business with Custom Ink again! Thank you so much!

My experience with CustomInk has been phenominal! I run a baseball league with multiple teams, and instead of just solid colored league logo'd jersies, we chose to go with CustomInk dri fit shirts with a logo similar to professional or college baseball teams. I was able to design what I wanted on the website (VERY easily I might add!!), then get the order over to my local rep Alonzo who is amazing!! When he was out and I had some questions, I was forwarded to an 800 number - they acted like they were right down the street, found my order online, and took care of me just like they were local. I was very impressed. The shirts always come out beautifully and the kids just love them. Each order is boxed individually in a nice CustomInk box. Shipping is fast too which I appreciate, as I'm always ordering at the last minute (so every kid who wants to play, can).

Highly recommend! Creating my little league baseball team's t-shirts was easy. Once I was ready to place my order the Custom Ink team quickly got back to me to see if I had any questions. The final product was even delivered 2 days ahead of the estimated delivery date. Quite impressive. I will order from here again next season. - Charles H.

caps look good, they fit well

This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink. The site is easy to navigate, they offer a variety of products that I can have custom made and their products are sturdy and well made. Our logo has not faded once on our custom made sweatshirts throughout multiple washings. We just received our ball caps and their material is sturdy and I’m sure will hold up. I will continue to order my custom items from Custom Ink. Thank you.

My overall experience with custom ink was fabulous! I’ve always had the best customer service and detailed assistance when ordering products. This was my fourth order and I must say the assistance I got from Gwen was exceptional! Gwen REALLY KNOWS how to make a bag POP! She was very courteous and pleasant to talk too. She took the time to make sure my items were acceptable and pleasing to me. I LOL when the bags showed up before my caps; I wondered if Gwen made that happen? 😂The service was expeditious! Created several custom baseball tees, design and layout of what I had envisioned is what I expected.

Everything went so very well. The order was handled very well and came ahead of the expected delivery time. the product descriptions and sizing where spot-on, and the Editor was easy enough to work with placement and sizing of the logo. We plan to use custom ink for future orders as we grown as a company. The only two things where the green color being a bit dull, and initially I was also looking for raglan style baseball shirts with green shoulders and black body (torso) to add to our order. But I could not find the that combination as a raglan option on your site. Otherwise it was an awesome experience! Thanks, - Morton Microphone Systems

Great experience! Quality materials and quality printing made exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this service again. I would like to be able to get a one off for other items like nice polo shirts or ball caps. Having to order a minimum of 6 items pushed me to getting a tee shirt instead.

They exceeded my expectations! So I had an idea to surprise my husband on his birthday by wearing a baseball tee with his baby picture on the front and “MAMI #1” on the back. I already knew my chances were slim since it’s a lot of mini details that come to play and I only had a week to get prepared. I even paid for a rushed shipping and omg- if you’re anxious like me, Custom Ink has your back. They sent out my tee and it arrived 4 days before the expected delivery date! The quality is amazing and soft. I’m so thankful for the service they provided.

Very impressed with the interface of the website, although the design lab could use some fine tuning like changing colors on all images. The final product was exactly as expected, if not better. I would love to purchase more products for my team (caps, socks, etc.) but the other products are too cost prohibitive for me. Overall, very satisfied!

Everything would have been perfect, but on one of the longer sleeve baseball style shirts we got, the screenprint is pretty crooked / out of level for the front logo. It would have been perfect besides this issue, and that was not a cheap shirt. I have a photo if someone would like to see what I'm talking about to see if it could be addressed. The green is also not what I think of as kelly green / and doesn't match what was shown on the screen (it's lighter). In the future I would need to figure that out since that one color is the main component of my company logo so it needs to be right. Less of an issue for this one than the crooked logo, but still something worth figuring out.

You're great! When our local print shop closed, we were so worried about finding a new printer and one of my students had played around with your website and said it was very user friendly so we gave it a try. Since then we have used Custom Ink for t-shirts, ball caps and coaches shirts with personal embroidery and now custom masks. Thank you!

When a business exceeds expecations, it's doing a good job. When a business goes above and beyond expections, it's doing a great job. This has been my experience with CI -- I ran into an issue with my prior cap order. Nothing to do with the caps or the quality of the finished product (both were exactly as I ordered), but the size did not work for some of our smaller kids and some of the parents did not like the style. So I picked up the phone, very late in the evening, and within 15 minutes had the problem solved -- new caps were ordered with an expedited delivery to ensure we would receive them in a few days (and in time for our next game). Your representatives are all fantastic -- friendly, professional, helpful and eager to provide any support needed. They are a great model for other companies to follow (including my own!). I would encourage CI to simply keep up the great work!
