I was very happy with the ease of creating a t-shirt for my son's YouTube channel ( took about 20 minutes once I found the logo's). When there was an issue with the trademarked logo color, I received an email with the suggested edit already done. When I had called with a question, the customer service rep was awesome and explained what the trademarked company required for colors. Though I paid in the neighborhood of $36.00 for a single t-shirt, I looked at it as a one of a kind gift and would have otherwise paid about that for a name- brand button down shirt at the mall. Just upset as the delivery said arrival on December 23rd and it arrived on December 27th.... We couldn't give a Christmas gift to our son on Christmas day. While his siblings were happily opening their gifts he just stared at the ground feeling left out.

It made for a terrific gift--you really made the image we sent in look great on the shirt. Only one thing could have been improved, and this is minor--the shirt style we originally chose couldn't be ordered as a single shirt. But overall we were super pleased.

It was actually the wrong size and wrong shirt style. I'm incredibly disappointed. I used use you guys all the time for bulk orders, but this last order was a single item intended to be a gift and now I can't give it as a gift because it isn't what I ordered. The art work and lettering is great and correct but the size and style is wrong

Will be contacting shortly. Purchased product as a gift option for xmas. Upon giving noticed that stitching on left sleeve was poorly constructed. When seeing together they missed about 4 inches of material that was not stitched together.

I had trouble flipping the custom image I had around and it took me about an hour, but I am not sure if it was on the part of my technical error, but if that could be outlined in the directions that could be helpful, as perhaps would a tool to flip custom images. If you already have such a thing, I apologize as it was only my first time using this website and I may have missed it. Overall, I was very happy with the shirt I got and it was a wonderful Christmas gift. Thank you!

My package came the day after Christmas, which caused a lot of anxiety seeing as the package was guaranteed to arrive on or before December 23rd. I had to gift the image of my item instead of the item itself, which was a bummer.
