I really appreciate the quality of the printing on my t shirts. I'm giving them as a joke Christmas gift, and the quality of the image on the fabric is going to push my silly gag into god-tier status.

Back with a new review…my shirt arrived but was the wrong size. Otherwise the shirt looked great! Called customer service and they are shipping a new one and guaranteed it to be here before Christmas (shirt is a gift). Very happy with my experience! Thanks!

This was a rush order, placed for an office gift. I was worried when emails were not delivered because of my company's security software, but text chat with an "inker" was enormously helpful and gave me a link through which I could track the order. My order came later than expected--though still before I needed it, thankfully--and I was grateful to be able to see that it would make it on time.

Great overall transaction!!! super easy and fast. would absolutely order again and will share with friends and family. So fun to customize a special gift.

I received the shirt 3 days ago, wrote to you guys immediately, and have yet to hear back... The shirt was horrible quality. It looked super faded and was even peeling up in some small places. I didn't expect it to match my artwork exactly, but it looked like a shirt that had been worn 100 times. The quality of the shirt was also really stiff. Don't know anything about fabric, so wasn't sure which shirt to pick, but seeing as the one I bought wasn't cheap, I wasn't expecting it to feel cheap. Overall very disappointed, not only in the quality, but the customer service. I sent them a message 3 days ago and heard nothing until just now when I got this email to leave a review... This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for someone and I'm just so disappointed. I expect a refund, but there's not even an option for me to request one. Still waiting for them to make this right...

For the past couple of years I have been making shirts for our group to wear at the USGP in Miami. Custom Ink's website provided me with the tools I needed to make some really unique shirts that got lots of compliments at the race. Fast work & shipping and the excellent packaging ensured that I am able to gift these for Christmas. We'll be in turn 11, in our charisma coral shirts this coming May.

Great would recommend, just wish the gift note would have been included or more visible as the recipient didn’t see it.

Shirt turned out terrible. I ordered a black shirt with a small amount of white text and the text was blurred and not printed crisply. The Hanes tshirt is crunchy, not soft at all. I ordered this as a gift and it cannot be used. I was very disappointed with this product and will not use this website in the future.

I couldn’t find the sweatshirt I wanted on Etsy, so I purchased a digital file of the image I wanted. It was very easy to upload my own image to create the exact hoodie I wanted. I’m excited to gift this to a family member.

Great gift purchase. Tshirt was true to size. Print was clear and precise. Tshirt could have been a bit softer, otherwise fine. Fast shipping. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and will be a return customer.
