Very nice and lightweight - since it is very straightforward and easy to understand.

I ordered one "Lightweight 100% Cotton Tote" with my custom design. Material: I am happy with the material -- I mean, it's not the best tote I've seen given the price, but it's custom and I would assume there's much more manual labour needed there, so I won't complain. Digital Printing: I thought the printing quality was really good :) Design: Disappointed. My design was a matrix of emojis designed by myself, and I spent a lot time carefully adjusting the layout, the size, the number of figures (e.g. 3*3, 4*3 or 4*4), the distance between them, the distance to the top / bottom / sides of the tote, etc. But the final product is very different from the picture I had in my confirmation page. The printing is not even centered..

My staff wanted lightweight shirts (we are in Florida) and these were perfect. Thanks for the speedy turnaround!

My entire team and I love the t-shirts! Our design came out better than expected and the quality of the shirts is amazing! The team says they are soft, lightweight and comfortable. I'm back to order more!

Working with CustomInk has been a pleasure! I've re-ordered from this company 4 times for my workplace team shirts. The quality of the shirts we chose are lightweight yet excellent quality that feels like it will last long. I've had my shirt since the first batch of orders a few years ago, and it has lasted all this time. The printing of the logo and numbers are still intact and the color doesn't look washed out. FABULOUS! The shirts are super lightweight for summer in Florida, which are so hard to find, and the design is exactly as pictured. I am very happy. What you see is what you get.

We were very excited to have received our order a day earlier than guaranteed! The printing is high quality and our design looks sharp! The only minor issue I have is that our logo printed crooked on a few of the shirts, but not all of them. I can only assume it may be due to the lightweight, slick material of the shirts, perhaps they slipped sideways while printing, but it is very obvious that the design is crooked, because our logo includes a straight horizontal line that appears more diagonal on several of the shirts. Otherwise, the quality of the printing is excellent! There are no other flaws with the printing or the shirts themselves. Overall, my experience with Custom Ink was a good one - quick, easy and fun! I love how user-friendly the website is for designing your own shirts, and the fact that there are so many options to customize.

Customer service was great, and the tote bags were of high quality. It said lightweight so I thought it would be flimsy, but met my price point. When I received it, I was excited at the quality and the group I gave them to loved it as well

The shirts were a bit on the small side. But the lightweight material was great. Customer service was okay. The package was received on time! Everyone enjoyed their shirts for our retreat.

The shirts look great, are lightweight and breathe-able. The embroidery was high quality. Maybe one or two spots I could nitpick but overall much better than the last company we used.

This was a fantastic option for ordering shirts in small quantities. The website was super easy to use and the shirts showed up 3 days ahead of schedule. Print looked great, much better than expected. The Bella + Canvas Lightweight Baseball Tee runs a little small but fits well regardless. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again in the future!

The crewnecks are very lightweight but soft fleece on the inside - they feel high quality. Couldn't be happier!

Excellent customer service. There was a mix-up in the printing of my rush, Christmas-time order, but it was dealt with quickly and easily. The overall quality of the shirts (Anvil lightweight jersey) and the digital printing was great.

This was my first order with Custom Ink and I was more than impressed! A late decision was made to order team Polo's to wear while travelling for an international competition. The Team 365 Women's Zone Performance Polo was selected and ordered with the 10% upcharge for rush. I was concerned what the deadline to submit the order was and used the chat feature to discuss with Custom Ink. I was informed that if I ordered through the chat feature or over the phone they could guarantee the shirts delivered one extra day early. I did and the shirts were confirmed for a Monday evening delivery. A teammate placed a late order and Custom Ink was able to add it in, no problem. When the logo proof arrived, I thought it was a little too large. Again, custom ink provided excellent customer service by immediately calling me, providing the dimensions of the logo and options to reduce the size. In the end, I went with the original design and the it turned out great. To top off the great experience, the shirts arrived Friday at 2pm - 3 days ahead of schedule!! My only concern is not with Custom Ink but with the shirt itself. The polo is silky, lightweight and a great color but feels cheap and snags easily. I am concerned it will not hold up well around an athletic environment and in the wash. In the future, I will look for a made in the USA brand (this shirt was made in Ethiopia) to ensure quality.
