I was a little disappointed that they did not arive on time, I was notified that they would be arriving after the event. I should have not been charged for the delivery charge after the late arrival, thats the only coplaint that I have.

I ordered glasses for a wine tasting event and they turned out great. The color of the custom print was better than I was anticipating. They were also shipped in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better product!

Overall had a great experience with CustomInk. I was impressed that your design associate called and explained that part of my image was too small to look good on the glass, and edited the image to make it perfect. He was very nice, and very knowledgeable. And the final product is great! Thanks!

The website is fantastic. It allows you to create your product and review it before submitting it. I especially liked how someone at customink reviewed the wording and then called/emailed me to make grammatical changes. Great Product Great Company!
