I had to talk to customer service a number of times due to a glitch in the system. Everyone was very nice and wanted to help me, but I did not get a call back one instance which drug out the completion of the transaction about 3 weeks. Luckily we were not in a huge hurry for the shirts as they were additions to the ones we had ordered in the past. Not sure if I would do this again, but the customer service agents did save the day as far as their courtesy and kindness. So when we need more I will consider using Custom Ink again.
