I was told that with my expedited shipping, my package would arrive 2 days before I needed the shirts. When my shirts never arrived, I was told they would put a rush on it so it would arrive the morning of my family event when we needed our shirts. The shirts still never arrived. When I spoke with customer service that morning, the person apologized and said that if we didn't get our shirts that day and wasn't able to use them in time for our event, we'd be able to keep our shirts when they did arrive and we'd get a full refund for not being able to use the shirts for our event. She also said she'd call me back the next day to follow up and see if our shirts arrived. That person never called me the next day. I called customer service 3 days later when our shirts arrived, spoke with someone different and then was told we could not keep our shirts and get a full refund, only a partial refund would be given. This was totally contrary to what I was told before. And even if I WAS told this, nevertheless we were not going to get a full refund regardless. I had was first told my shirts would arrive on time with expedited shipping, then talked to someone else and was told they'd arrive morning of our event, then I was told we could not get a full refund although they arrived late and we could not use them for our event and ruined a big part of the memories that could have been created with the shirts. This experience was a total nightmare and huge disappointment. I will never give Custom Ink my business again nor recommend this company to anyone. I am just glad the shirts fit well and the design came out satisfactory. The only rep I did not like talking to was the man who did not act like he wanted to hear my complaints. As I was telling him how disappointed I felt and exactly how their disservice negatively effected our family event, he talked over me and interrupted me just so I could get to the point of what he wanted to hear. This only made me more angry and less motivated to ever do business with them again. It took my second phone call with him for him to take accountability on the company's behalf for their mess up.
