It was good. Lots of helpful staff, but I kept getting passed from one to another. I think it was 3 or 4 people that dealt with the order by the time it was done. It also is not the cheapest site to get a shirt done, but they are hands on in the process and you get what you pay for. Major downside was out of their control and that was a nasty exchange rate from USD to CAD. Canadian buyers might want to check for a domestic alternative.
