Your sales girl was not the first that i tried on this order. Laura was my first try at my order.. She was very shirt with me and her information was very wrong and confusing. I almost did not call again because of this incident. BUT since my original order last year was very strong, I decided to try again. I waited a day and called again. My new sales girl was Mercedees. Not only did she help me in ways I did not know your company offered, but she talked me into about $1500 more on my order, Keep her, Or I will hire her myself. thanks Keith Kelley 904 325 1195

The customer service isn't bad, but I wish they'd offer more discounts - especially when using such cheap materials for resale. I was also told the colors would match completely on the shirts, however the names on the shirts are a much different shade of Navy than the rest of the screen print on the shirt. I ordered through Custom Ink last year, and decided to give them another shot this year. I cannot say I'll be giving them another shot...at least without them trying to make this right. For the record, this might be the first time I've ever written a review. Just disappointed with this second chance.
