CustomInk service has exceeded expectations both times I've used them. Creating a design is easy! Uploading your own design is easy! If you have any trouble, customer service is very responsive. My order arrived earlier than scheduled and everything looks great. My only criticism is that if you're ordering for a smaller team, items can be a bit expensive.

The jackets are really lovely. The graphic artists did a great job of converting the original design to make it work with the type of printing they were doing, and they took feedback on a few mistakes in the proof and fixed it for the final version. It looks great!
