Customer service was extremely helpful! From alerting me that my first design was not suitable (copyright issues, which I thought would be avoided by a non-commercial product) to optimizing the "second generation" design. They stayed in frequent contact by email and phone to keep things on track and despite design changes, met the original deadline quoted for the project. They really know their business. I was very pleased with the result!
