The customer service has been excellent, I just wish the product was as well. We really need a strop cup/lid combo that we feel proud to hand out to our clients and right now the cups are not strong and we feel as if we've wasted money. We would love help on this situation so we can continue ordering from your website down the road.

Overall, it was a great experience. I appreciated the fact that I could call them and get a quicker turnaround and the cups came in in time for our event. That was lovely and appreciated. I do wish the quality was better since we had to toss several cups because they were broken, chipped or the logo was peeling.
