The quick call from customer service making the design fit the capability was outstanding. The quality of the hat is also great. I found it hard to tell the differences between the hats on the website. Specifically, the hat I chose has a soft casual front where the logo is. I would have chosen and preferred a hat that had the front more firm like a baseball hat but I could not tell which hat might have been like this on the site. I also thought there could be more choices on traditional baseball hat types. Most of the choices were not something I'd use. The color of the actual hat is also different than it looked on line. Overall happy and I'd use the site again.
