Custom Ink is superlative at what they do! I was blown away by the level of customer service provided. I used the live chat several times for questions I had to accommodate for ordering several styles of tank tops With the same screen print design and never had to wait for someone to respond. Phone calls and emails to confirm my order and address issues that arose were so prompt and friendly. Several team members assisted me throughout and there was never any confusion surrounding my order or what needed to happen--communication across the board was on point. Turnaround time was barely two weeks before I had the tanks, and they were a huge hit with the group! There's no doubt in my mind of where to look or recommend for future screen printing needs. CustomInk goes above and beyond and are undoubtedly the best at what they do! Thanks again to the team for everything!

My customer service rep helped me navigate how to place my order on the site and totally understood my event and the design. She even followed up with a card. I have done custom shirt printing for various projects for probably 25 years and I am thrilled that it has become so easy and streamlined. I wouldn't use anyone else but CustomInk because they offer fonts and clip art that isn't cheesy! Also, they were right there on the phone ready to put through my order when I couldn't figure out how to do it online.
