The service call to place an order with Taylor Hinson was excellent. Very upbeat, very knowledgeable and helpful. On your 1-7 scale, she rates a 10. Very impressed with the follow through from the other departments (Satisfaction Assurance, Sales/Service) etc. A change to the initial size order was done and confirmed seamlessly, and I was kept informed with every step of the process. Very impressed. The only issue is with the limits on style combinations through the website, forcing a phone call but the service quality on the call makes up for that.
