The customer service is great, and the embroidery is also great. Pick carefully the item you want your logo embroidered on. Some of the underlying products to select from aren't as nice or warm as they look in the online pics. If I were to order again, I would want to know more about the underlying item first so I would know if it were warm enough or high quality enough.
