Custom Ink was amazing to work with- the people were so courteous, professional, and most of all helpful. It was my first order with multiple items, and they worked with me to get the best deal I could get. My order arrived on time, and I even received a call making sure I received the shirts and if I was happy with the product. The shirts were a huge hit at my son's party! I will definitely order from them again and have already recommended them to many others!

Designing shirts was easy and customer service rep was very helpful and nice. When I went to reorder a few more shirts (due to sizing inconsistency) I was not happy with the $15 charge for ordering under 6 shirt minimum or with the per shirt price if I'd ordered 6 more shirts. Seems excessive.

Great customer service and communication from the CustomInk team. The layout of the website is generally good, and I love how much I was able to customize the shirt (even with a "distressed" look in the lettering, which turned out great!). Some parts of the layout design were irritating in how much the program seemed to "start over" when I chose to use a different image. It required a lot of clicking. Other than that, the experience was fine and final product met my expectations.

I really appreciate the level of customer service CustomInk provides. I wanted a custom font for the names on the back of our shirt, so I sent the font to CustomInk. They made a proof for me, and that font didn't turn out to work well. After talking to a rep on the phone, they made up a proof with a different font that looked fabulous, so that's what we went with. The shirts turned out wonderful.
