I received a free tote from Christy Wright's Business Boutique Conference in Nashville last month, and the little octopus tag reminded me to try them out with this small order for my son's Lego Robotics team shirts. Because of this experience, I have already reached out to be on the list to set up a 2020 spirit wear program for our school. The website is so easy to use, the customer service is beyond top notch - and I had many experiences with them that could have gone sideways - but all four of the associates I brought up different questions or concerns to - they were each incredibly helpful, positive and easy to work with. WOW. I love this service, product and quality!! You have a customer for life!!

The representatives were alway friendly when I spoke with them. However, there were not enough products available in my local store for me to view/feel before purchasing. Also, I was directed to shirts which were the athletic style in the store, which was great. However, when I went to purchase the items, I received an immediate email back stating my image couldn't be printed on that style of shirt. So, after taking a large group order, I then had to decide which shirts to use as a replacement, which color and style. Which was frustrating because the store rep had my image available when we discussed options in the store. Additionally, I tried to add on ONE shirt, in a style already being used in the group order, 1-2 days after my order was placed, and this was not possible without a charge of $40 (more than the cost of the shirt!). I could order the shirt separately, and still have it available at the same time as my group order, yet, adding it on, would cost $40. This didn't make sense to me. On top of that, Custom Ink missed out on that shirt and 5 additional shirts I would have ordered had lording that shirt been possible.
