I am blown away by the customer service. We were doing a fundraiser for a friend's 18 month old baby that was born with a heart defect. After the order was placed and the proof was approved, baby Zane gained his wings. I called Custom Ink the next morning and Brittany immediately emailed her manager to see if we could add the dates to the magnets. Within 30 minutes, I was sent a new proof with the dates. The order arrived, 5 days early (which happened to be the day after the funeral), and 5 extra magnets are included at no charge. I cannot thank Custom Ink enough for the outstanding service that was provided. Zane's parents loved the magnets and our fundraiser was a huge success for them. We will be placing another order soon for more of these magnets. Thank you again, so much, for everything this company did for us!

CustomInk was fabulous to work with! Every person I spoke with was helpful and answered all of my questions. Upon printing my magnets, CustomInk realized that the design wasn't going to work out how I wanted and immediately called me to work out a solution to this problem.
