It was disappointing to pick out a design and put a group order together and send it out to my group, have them order it and then when to order was ready to be sent in have your design team say that the design we chose was not approvable due to copy rights. We had to change the design then...

We had a great experience. We had a slight hold up because the design we wanted to use was copyrighted but the customer service made it very easy to work through and get the approval we needed! Jason Chung was incredibly helpful, along with the whole Custom Ink team, and we really appreciated the work he did with us to get us the product we wanted! The product turned out exactly as we hoped!
