The fleece jackets were way smaller than expected, leaving us with several jackets we won't be able to use. In addition to being small, some of them had bald spots near the embroidery area. The embroidery was not clear. I know I chose the two colors. One color to slightly highlight the grey stitching but the border was so thick it ended up looking blurry. I wish someone would have reached out to me after the first jacket was stitched so we could have fixed this issue. I have had a great experience with Customlink's customer service in the past so I expected the same this time too.
