The only thing I wish were different, was the shipping notifications. I placed an order for my team (paid together, shipped separate) and I did not receive any shipping notifications saying my item was shipped out or out for delivery. I got a notification from UPS saying I had a package and was confused at first until I realized it was from Custom Ink. That is the only thing!

Love the group order system. It made it super easy for my large group at work to pick and pay for their items. Some items ended up being out of stock in some sizes. A quick call to custom ink and the issue was resolved. I wish I could see which items and sizes were out of stock and I could manage it on my end on the computer. But its really easy over the phone with customer service as well.
