Really great experience! When I had any problems, someone was there to help me immediately. Customer Service would email back right away when there were issues, or with a response to a question I may have had. There were many ways to get help: by email, over the phone. I used both methods, and both were great. I would recommend CustomInk to everyone!

My experience was good overall, the design I received was a simple screen print, not a digital rendering; it'll crack and fade relatively quickly depending on usage. My initial contact was efficient with an outline of my request done on the "the spot". The "Art team" took 5 working days to complete doing the color. When I received the email for the proof, it was "ultimatum like" in its tone/tenor, a little put-offish to me. I don't work for you guys, I'm your client.
