I found the entire process really great. I spoke with two different employees on the phone (to settle payment) and they were both extremely lovely and helpful. The delivery came in even earlier than planned which was great and unexpected, since the address is Canadian. I also received continuous update emails from custom ink regarding my order so I knew where everything was at each stage. Everyone loved the 1/4 zip sweaters we got. They are really soft and the colour is the same as we saw on the site so no surprises! I just wish there was an option to pay with Canadian dollars - that would make it much easier on the bank account!
