Outstanding!

This was my first order with Custom Ink. The website was easy to use, the customer service was excellent, and the shirts and graphics were high quality. They even quickly edited my order when I called requesting a screen printing change after I had already approved the shirts. I also love the frequent status updates about my order. I placed a second order within a week!

Always a pleasure. I like how they do not throw out my old orders and we can still revert back to them a couple years later.

Easy to setup, even easier to order, great company to work with.

Everything looks great and fit perfectly. The customer service through the chat while ordering made ALL the difference in the world. It was simple, efficient and literally made the sale work. I only wish I had made the print larger on the back, I didn't realize it was as small as it was.

Service was rough in the beginning due to no one calling back like we were told. I had to contact custom ink in order to finally get the ordered placed. Finally got someone who was willing to work with us and finally get our ordered placed. Which took longer than it should have. I like how there are hidden fees until you check out, not! I know we didn't get those geese the first time so I was confused but whatever. Overall, when we finally got our shirts, which didn't come on time, we are fairly pleased.

Another great customer experience, I was having trouble with ordering multiple styles (using mobile site for first time this order) and customer service caught that it was same order/product and saved me the cost of 2 different orders. Greatly appreciated and will have return customer again !

CustomInk came through with our order of 500 items ranging from t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies and zip up hoodies. The customer service was off the charts and I would rate them 5/5 on dealing with any issues that came up. The products were delivered in a very timely manner without any mistakes in quantities on such a large order. I would recommend to never purchase the Hanes 50/50 EcoSmart Hoodie because it is cheap material and you can tell it is made with 5 % recycled water bottles because it feels like plastic. The NextLevel Jerseys Tshirt is a nice and comfortable material to wear and the color options were awesome. Overall, I was a little disappointed with the hoodie purchase but the customer service team really saved CustomInk's reputation as a great resource to order customized shirts.

Perfect! Everything was great! Ordered a large amount for our company & we all are really satisfied with how it all came out! Customer Service was great too! Treated me with A-1 respect & was very honest & helpful each & every time I had called! Already thinking about our next design & will definitely be returning to Custom Ink for future orders!
